This app sucks. Just order on the website for easiest option. Offers to auto-fill your checkout options, but doesn't actually fill in items. Annoying. Further, the search filters don't actually filter the results. I selected 5x7, indoor rugs and got all 2x3's in the results with outdoor rugs mixed in. You can use the discount code that you get from the app on the actual website when ordering.

I tried to order in the app, but while checking out, the Pay Now button took me back to shipping with none of the entered details saved. Shipping had a proceed to payment button. I couldn't finish an order. The checkout attempt was an endless loop between shipping and payment details with no way to actually finish the order

The app is user friendly and and the product is phenomenal. I have purchased from ruggable 5 times. Now working on rug #6. Great product, I have shown off my ruggables to vistors in our home. They, in turn, have been dumbfounded when I told them that when the rugs got dirty, I would toss them in the washing machine. The rugs hold their color after many vacuumings and washings. Easy to care for and definitely money well spent. Should you have pets or high traffic, I highly recommend Ruggables.
