Great app, not great at closing the deal - can't detect my location, I can't manually enter my location, it won't deliver TO my location, and wants me to drive 50 miles even though there's a store 9 miles away. It is trying to "deliver" the goods to the store itself, and charges me for it?? It's great in a lot of other ways, but now... I can't even sign in suddenly. Had to take my VPN down and allow cookies just to enter my credit card #. Was almost an amazing App, and dropped it at deal closure

Very UNuser friendly. Won't email a temporary pass code. Tried too many times. And no, it didn't go to spam. i had to create a new account. I can't swipe through digital coupons without it going to sale items. Makes me clip every coupon in order to see the next one.. Very frustrating and a colossal waste of time. Makes me wonder if Kroger has IT people on staff.

I went to the store today and tried to clip a digital coupon. It ended up ended up in the cashier doing an override well the line behind me grew and grew with old men that were cranky. Later on at home I downloaded the app and found out that you have to make five exta unnecessary steps to actually 'clip' the coupon. I located weekly ad, clicked the item with digital coupon available, and thought it would 'clip' there. Oh no, you must 'shop now,' scroll scroll scroll, click again, then again.....
