This app is somewhat useful in the sense that it saves me from having to wait in long lunch lines, but man this app is stupid. There are so many flaws. For starters, the lack of a confirmation before you place an order. It'd be nice if could make sure my order was correct before I accidentally push 'place order' and get stuck with something I didn't really want (yes this happened). Or how about the ability to edit a previous order reorder without having to get chips and a drink first.

After putting in my payment information and pressing complete order I was met with a red pop-up message that "an unknown error had occurred" and emptied my cart. After struggling to even get to that point previously because of lag I decided to order elsewhere. Now I see a charge on my card for the order that doesn't even show up in my order history. Gonna dispute it. Anyone reading just go to the store itself or pick a different app.

I have used this app probably twice a week for pickup orders over the past year up until the past few months where I haven't been ordering as often. It was working perfectly and I never had any issues at all. Now it's a completely different story, the app is completely unusable, it doesn't load absolutely anything, you're just perpetually stuck on the page trying to load anything, if it does manage to load the map for me to choose my pickup location the stores don't even show up on the map.
