it works pretty well. the added security/less tracking than other browsers is a huge plus. the only problem with the browser is how swiping up from the bottom of the screen is how you set bookmarks, share pages, access settings/report site issues etc. galaxy phones have their home button/back button swipe up from the bottom of the screen the same way. because of this, the bookmarks button and the "report site issue" button get hit accidentally countless times. it's super frustrating.

I used Fenix daily for almost the entirety of its lifetime and it was great. There were a few issues and some crashes as expected, but I'm glad to report that the experience was mostly awesome. I'm having an odd issue with this build though. The app crashed after I navigated to some URL (can't remember what it was, I'll try to find it). After this initial crash, the app crashes on load every time. I can provide more info upon request.

This browser is noticeably faster than the standard Firefox mobile app by a large margin. Far less time is spent sitting idle waiting for no apparent reason, and rendering accuracy is much improved. Since this is just a preview, though, the feature set is quite barebones: no addons, very few settings, can't disable cookies, no reader mode, no language switching, no local login management, etc. While I won't be using this as my daily driver, color me impressed! I can't wait to see it grow.
