By participating in this promotion (the “Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer” or “Offer”) you agree to the terms below (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you don't understand or agree with them, please do not participate.
These Terms apply in addition to the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Payments Terms. If there is any inconsistency with these Terms, these Terms will prevail.
1. Eligibility. You can claim this Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer if you are a US resident, aged 18+ (or 13-17 with parental or guardian permission and paying via Google Play Gift Card balance), and have or activate a Google account. To redeem the promotional link for a Gift Movie in this Offer, you must be a US resident, aged 18+ (or 13-17 with parental or guardian permission), and have or activate a Google account. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
2. Offer Availability. You may claim one Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer for each of the eight (8) movies available in this Offer for a total of eight (8) Offers per user.
3. Claiming Your Offer and Redeeming the Gift Promotional Link. To claim your Offer, purchase one or more eligible movies in the Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer between December 10, 2015 and December 17, 2015 (a “Qualifying Purchase”). Within 48 hours after your Qualifying Purchase, you will receive an email (the “Gift Email”) containing a promotional link (the “Gift Promotional Link”) redeemable on Google Play for a download of the same movie title purchased in the Qualifying Purchase (the “Gift Movie”). You may forward the Gift Email to a single recipient of your choice using an individual email address (not a group email alias). Your recipient must redeem the Gift Promotional Link and download the Gift Movie by January 17, 2016. The Gift Promotional Link must be redeemed using a Google account different from the Google account used to make the Qualifying Purchase. If the recipient of your Gift Email rejects the gift, the recipient should inform you. He or she will be able to send the Gift Promotional Link to another user via the Gift Email.
4. Basic Use Requirements. To make a Qualifying Purchase, you must have or activate a Google Play account and a US Google Payments account and have a compatible Internet connected device. To redeem the Gift Promotional Link for the Gift Movie, you must have or activate a Google Play account on a compatible Internet connected device.
5. Additional Restrictions. Your Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer and Gift Promotional Code have no cash value and cannot be re-sold to someone else or exchanged for cash. If we need to, we can choose to substitute the eligible movie titles with a product, or item, of equal value. Lost or stolen Gift Promotional Codes cannot be redeemed. The Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer is void where prohibited and is for personal and lawful use only. You are responsible for ensuring that the movie you gift is appropriate for your recipient.
6. Withdrawal / Disqualification Right. If, in our reasonable opinion, you act in a way that is against the rules or spirit of this Offer we can choose to disqualify you and your claim. We can also choose to suspend this Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer, or these Terms, and your claim, if there has been a printing, production or advertising mistake (including mistakes on our website) which materially affects the result of this Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer or the value of any claims related to this Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer.
7. Variation. We can change, cancel or temporarily suspend this Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer at any time with no liability to you if there is an event outside of our reasonable control which prevents us from providing the Offer.
8. Our decision in all matters relating to this Buy a Movie, Gift a Movie Offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
