Roger Gamache has been growing wine grapes in Washington State since 1982, back then there were only about 20 wineries in the state. Now, in 2017, there are over 900. Washington state wine has seen tremendous growth in in the last couple decades, and Roger has been there through much of it.
In 2003 Roger was awarded Grower of the Year by the Washington Association of Wine Grape Growers (WAWGG). In 2013 he received the Industry Service award by the same organization.
