Fall short for long enough and you are sacked — and then it is the job market: vacancies across all twelve countries, applications, rivals for every post, and whichever club will have you. Being out of work is part of the career, not the end of it.

Manage in Romania, Hungary, France, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Türkiye, Croatia, Slovenia or Montenegro — each with its own national cup and super cup, and 145 clubs in all.

Every league plays its own real format. Best-of-five play-off series, championship pools that carry points over, triple round robins, a shootout on every drawn match. No two countries feel the same, and winning one teaches you little about winning the next.

Qualify for the EHF Champions League or the EHF European League and take your club across the continent — group stage, knockout rounds, and a final at a neutral venue.

European weeks look the part: the whole game takes on the competition's colours for as long as your next fixture is a European one, with an intro film before your first tie of the campaign.

National coefficients are earned by results and decide how many European places your country gets the following season. Do well on the continent and you are not only building a club, you are lifting your whole league.
