I found the app very easy to use and friendly. It has lots of information and videos which makes it more interactive. In the beginning when the app came out it was difficult to start everything again and it didn't work well, but i am happy that CC worked on it and resolved it. They have all the meetings and important dates there and you can activate the reminders to make it more smooth. It works very well and i am happy now with it.

At first this app was a challenge for everyone but after it got fixed the app is now running perfectly and helping us with guidance videos and keeping us up to date on all of our outings and plans for the rest of the year. Cultural Care has managed to help us through the tough times and helped us with things like homesickness and what to do in a difficult situation. They have helped me through 2 rematches and with the new app I have received lots of support.

You have all the information you need on your phone, both when applying to be part of the program, and when you are already in the process of finding your family and making a match. It is very user-friendly and easy to understand, in each of the processes there are a series of steps that teach you how to successfully complete each one of them!
