Whoever came up with the genius idea of never releasing or testing a beta and shoving all customers into a buggy, poorly supported app while also removing the website as a backup should be immediately fired. There are not enough terrible things I can say about this app without summarizing the effect it has had on confusing, frustrating and in some cases stressing out their customers. I cannot figure out what we are paying for or who thought this app was an "upgrade" in support. Clear downgrade.

The new app, which has essentially replaced the CC website as a web app, is frustrating to say the least. Not sure the reason the updated, but from a user experience perspective, it is poorly implemented. Updating profile information is very slow...there appears to be a poorly configured back-end, and simple search tools such as filters are not consistent or explained (in some cases selecting a "filter" expands the candidate pool, and with other fields it restricts the candidate pool.

The new app's business rules yield broken search results and limited visibility into available au pairs. Videos and pictures are slow to load and text fields lack basic functionality like autocorrect and copy+paste. Meaningful filters such as rematch status were removed. Host fam data was lost during data migration due to new character limits on fields. Personality test required for usage renders meaningless data. App massively hinders au pair + host fam ability to match.
