You are required to use this app for searching and contacting potential AuPair. We have missed out on quite a few possible matches because this app does NOT NOTIFY you when you get a text from aupairs. you have to constantly close the app and reopen it, to see if you have notifications. It's terrible. And you can only chat with 5 AuPairs at a time? How stupid is that?

The "instant" messaging is nice. But, there are so many bugs it is impossible to actually finalize a match. The migration of info from previous platform is very incomplete leaving big gaps in data. I feel so sorry for rematch au pairs right now as they have such a tight timeline and this system is only barely operational.

this app has terrible performance. search filter sliders don't work correctly (filter for May-July and you'll see April results) notifications don't work properly videos time out if you're not keeping screen active
