This is a review of not only the app but the service as a whole. The app broke my profile causing me to have to rebuild it several times. It would not allow me to match because it broke my profile in a way that was invisible to me. The au pair I matched with, didn't receive the match request until I contacted support. They have changed their payment structure dramatically, you now have to pay 40% of the cost up front. They are generally willing, but unable to help.
