Overall decent. There is a fundamental problem with logging of daily usage since the 4th of July where it simply shows the same pattern of 7 numbers repeated over a week. So it looks as if I've used the same Kwh every Tuesday (as an example) for the last 6 weeks. This is still present. Very hard to track quantity when it is obviously not correct.

The app is great and a lot of fun. I had some trouble to connect the pulse to my phone (Android) due to a bug. I just got a call from an tibber employee. He kinda fixed the problem and helped me out how to connect the pulse to my electricity meter. That was a special customer service experience. Not disappointed anymore ;).

I am a fairly new Tibber customer, enticed by the pricing transparency. In my second invoice, I made the bank transfer well in advance of the due date but the app still indicating it as overdue. Could not find the chat function in the app even though it's stated everywhere that support is available via chat in the app. Sent an email and no one bothered to reply. What is going on with this company?
