I booked a Virgin Home WiFi connection based on their promise of delivery and activation within 60 minutes. However, after making the payment, I was informed that there were technical issues and that it would take 48 hours to resolve. Later, when I contacted customer care again, I was told that the connection cannot be established at all, without providing any clear reason. I am now struggling to get my refund processed, which has made the experience even more frustrating.

extremely disappointed with the website / app. Registration is not working properly the whole day. I kept trying to register but it's giving out an error until finally it allowed me to purchase the annual 5g internet. when the technician arrived, they couldn't pull up my account and is requiring me to set up an account again (and pay). I mean the very fact that he's delivering / installing my internet is proof that my payment somehow went through. Now I'm down 2000 aed and without internet.

If you have any trouble with anything that doesn't work in the app, and almost everything in app is doesn't work or work laggy, you need like reload or reinstall this app billion times, so there is absolutely no hope to get any help via support don't even waste you time trying writing there, you get an dumb copy past replies always and they just keep closing tickets.
