Overall works perfectly, but I have this app since 5-6 years and until NOW I'm unable to top up my phone through my bank account. The option is always unavailable due to some error (that's never been fixed). What's the point of the feature if it doesn't work? I contacted the customer service multiple times and never got any help in that matter

Normally have no problems with the network or the app but lately all has gone wrong. I am not able to use any of the functions for over 2 weeks now. If I leave my house (out wifi range) nothing works. No network or mobile data connections. The app doesn't work if I disconnect from wifi. I can't even top up or call the help number that is recommended by the app. It keeps telling me to wait 24 hrs. Well it's been over 2 weeks now. This is absolutely ridiculously bad service here.

The app usually works fine, but I currently cannot log in using the app, no natter how many times I reset my password. I KNOW that the login data is correct - I can use it just fine in any browser. But if I try to log in using the app, it locks my account out of online activity if I try to enter the correct password too many times. And of course their "Help" section is an FAQ and a logout button, so it's useless to anyone who actually needs help. Very annoying.
