The company I work for changed to these guys after using fidelity for years. The fidelity app was actually useful and had good insight. This app has none of that so by comparison it's already off to a bad start. Beyond that I got a new phone and in attempting to log in the app is not sending me my two factor authentication text so I can't log in. I got on my old phone and verified the phone number is indeed correct so this has to just be an app issue. Idk how it's rated so positively.

Really poor app. Slow. Doesn't always display content correctly. Most pages start with some variation of a "try again later" message before maybe loading eventually. Many areas of the app redirect to a web page for rendering, or attempt to anyway as this is also slow and error prone.

Can't login from the app due to multi factor security issues. I have tried for 2 days to login for the first time with this app, I keep getting the prompt to have a text sent to my phone to authenticate. The text never comes through. I checked spam texts and it's not there either. I logged into the website from my PC and the phone number is correct. Would like to use this app but so far it is useless.
