Apple TV is almost unwatchable. For years they have known that their video is too dark and is almost unable to be seen on most TVs no matter what setting you use. Apple do something about it! especially now that you’ve doubled your price to $10 a month you need to provide a service that’s equivalent to Amazon prime video or Netflix, which does not have this problem.

MLS live events always "stutter" every couple seconds and don't stream smoothly. Apple support seems to put the burden on the user to try to solve it. After sending the info they requested, they just ask for it again. Now, they've stopped responding.

truly awful experience dealing with Apple TV. I was one day into my subscription and they locked me out and when I tried to log back in it said my password was locked and they needed to review it and it would take as much as a day. it took 24 hours. that is approximately 23 hours 59 minutes and 55 seconds longer than it takes every other company on the planet to reset a password. why Apple has to go to Such Great Lengths to make your experience miserable if you're not using an Apple product is beyond me. but every experience serves to reiterate why I can't stand Apple since Steve Jobs passed.
