I have been charged by 2 separate accounts. One is an ANNUAL account and the other is some essential account for $2.99 and then $5.99. I am being double charged. The one that is annual said it was off due to non payment, but the subscription was paid for the entire year. I couldnt reach Google play or Bet+ so I was stuck paying for the "NEW" account because I can't get the annual one to work. A pure RIP-OFF! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Iam STILL paying for an additional subscription.

As I am checking my account I'm seeing that I have the $10.99 plan, but they also have the basic plan for $5.99 which includes ads while streaming. Well, so does the $10.99 plan, but the issue is I didn't have a chance to pick my plan, it seems as though BET+ picked for me & of course the higher plan! I'm the most thrifty person I know next to my mother & I know I wouldn't have chosen a higher plan especially if both have ads. So disrespectful & conniving to put your hands into other ppls wallet

I really love the BET+ app because of the series and movies that are shown, but recently, the price was increased, but the service and performance of the app is HORRIBLE!!!! Whenever I'm watching something on the app it's constantly buffering or in the middle of a movie or series everything freezes up and soon it pops up and says (bet+ is not available at this time) or that show (cannot be played at this time). If somethings not done at least by the end of Sept. my next move will be to cancel.
