Block Blast can be played with or without Wi-Fi. and if you play offline, there are no ads whatsoever. It's a great game and addictive. It's more of a puzzle type game. If your Wi-Fi is on and you complete a level successfully, it abruptly ends and goes straight to an ad. It abruptly ends offline as well but no ads. I've played this game seven times and there are 96 levels each time. I'm hooked!

Fun game, don't get me wrong, but the ad-locked design really kills the experience. For instance, if you place something wrong and realize it too late, you can't back out and restart a level to avoid the ad, neither can you press the replay button without being shown an ad. Even worse, there is no option to pay to remove the ads. I would have rated it way better if that were the case. Update: Just uninstalled today bc it was infuriating.

Addictive but the ads are getting out of hand. When I first started playing this game I had loads of fun, easy to get addicted to, and I feel like they give you blocks you can actually use instead of one that is too big or something. The ads were minimal but it's gotten worse. During adventure mode, I get an ad every time I complete or fail a level. I had to wait one full minute to skip an ad, and most of the time I have to go to the playstore then switch back over just to keep playing.
