Ratings and reviews

I like access to all the amazing products that they provide as well as many everyday items. I'm giving four stars out of five because the application will zero my cart if I don't complete it within a short period of time. I had to go back 3 or 4 times to complete the order from my 4 car tires. I eventually got it completed but it was a little bit of a pain. Regardless, I think Costco is a fantastic retailer!

This app is terrible. Somehow I am always logged out of my account, but am never able to log back into it. For the longest time it kept switching "My Warehouse" to one in Seattle. I can never complete an order in the app. I click on "My Cart" and it gives me an error message. When I try to place an order, it will log me out and not allow me to log back in. If you're looking at a product, hitting the back arrow takes you all the way to the app's home screen rather than the list of products.

To get past the select warehouse screen, I had to leave the app running in the background, switch to a different app in the foreground, then switch back to the Costco app. I also had to select my warehouse a second time after getting past the "select warehouse" screen. Otherwise, it's ok, but warehouse inventory searches for "carpet cleaner" should not bring up results for vacuum packaged meat. (Only happens on "warehouse inventory" searches. "Explore Costco" searches don't have this problem.)
