Essentially useless, can't sign in, went through process to sign in but the app is not working. It accepts User ID and my password but that's as far as I get. My response to the developer. The DirecTV is properly handling the accounts of the customers that have a joint ATT/DirecTV accounts. Using the DirecTV app goes to my ATT account instead of my DirecTV account. The app has now messed up both accounts. Rating remains a one.

App is unusable. I cannot log in and get the message, "Sorry, something went wrong." For several days now, I've been unable to log into the app. The "support" suggestions are just the typical "check your password, check your connection, try to reinstall the app and restart your phone. My information is correct as I'm able to sign in on a PC. I only use this app on my phone when I travel. I'm paying $115 a month for something I cannot use.

I became a new customer 9/23/24. Four days later, I still have not been able to access or login to the site from neither my laptops or smart phone. I will be canceling my new service for my 'full refund' if I am unable to access the site before the 2 week expiration of the cancelation policy. It is ridiculous to pay for a service I am not receiving. And, I do not appreciate being given a different answer as to what the problem in your system is, each time I call customer support. Tell the truth!
