With the DSW21 app, your mobility looks really good. Timetable information, ticket purchase, traffic reports and more can be found in our public transport app for Dortmund and beyond.

Timetable information:
Find your connection. Whether in Dortmund, in the VRR or beyond the network boundaries.

Departure monitor:
Do you want to know which lines run at a particular stop? The departure monitor shows you all the times.

Traffic information:
If things don't go according to plan, our traffic information will let you know about delays, construction work and other disruptions.

Ticket purchases and subscription management:
In the app, you can easily buy the right ticket, take out season tickets and manage them. You can pay for your online bus and rail ticket in three ways. You can choose between PayPal, credit card and direct debit.

Our app uses the Android location foreground service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_TYPE_LOCATION) exclusively during an actively user-initiated Check-In-Be-Out ride.

The foreground service starts only when the user explicitly begins a ride and is required to continuously track location in real time, even when the app is in the background, in order to calculate the correct ride price. Background location access alone is insufficient because uninterrupted, high-frequency location updates are required throughout the active ride.

While the ride is active, the app displays a persistent foreground service notification informing the user that location tracking is ongoing. The user can end the ride at any time, and the foreground service stops immediately when the ride is completed.

very very very bad app! I registered and bought a ticket for 63 euros, and the processing time was more than 8 hours at least till now I haven't got my ticket!! i had to buy a single ticket for 15 euros at the train station. PLUS!! the costumer support doesnt even speak a word in english!! zero help !!! because of them i paid 78€ for 23 km !! do you live in a cacoon and not expect to have tourists or foreigners in your country?! what a jungle

I was not able to redeem the 10er ticket that i had booked..same happened to my spouse. lost the ticket money due to this. and customer care does not respond well. It's been months since i raised the issue. very bad app and customer service

My payment method disappeared out of the blue without even taking an action on the app. I used to buy tickets often via the App but now I can't do this anymore because the payment method disappeared and says Invalid Client Id. Too bad!
