This app is pretty good for my schools sports game tickets! The reason for my two star rating is that that app never opens. It crashes as soon as the app opens, and then when I try again, it does the same. I have contacted the developer, and nothing has helped. they just give me the advice of delete/reinstall and stuff like that. It still doesn't work. The reason this is rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because I can buy my tix on the website and then open them in the app through my email. - Keith

Customer support got me taken care of very quickly. 5 stars for that. I am unable to make an account when I enter my email it says "something went wrong try again" I have tried with multiple emails addresses and have the same problem.

Very strange with no screenprints, paper printing etc. Waiting until you're at the gate to ensure it will work causes needless stressing in a hectic environment.
