In my experience with my phone: The app won't open. If I item it from the playstore, it opens sometimes. But then crashes. I have Uninstalled/ reinstalled the app numerous times and also restarted my phone. This has been an ongoing issue for over 2 months now. I'm open to any advice to get this app to function. I'm using a Note 10 Samsung phone. If perhaps it has something to do with it.

I've used this app for extensive work and personal travel globally. While I've had mixed feelings about many updates. The last one pushed me to look for a other navigation app. My main issue are the road Hazzard validation requests. The volume of these requests is absurd. Having questions pop up on screen and limiting the navigation information when my focus should be even more focused is down right unsafe. On a recent trip (3hr drive) had over 50 for construction, stalled car, Hazzard, etc.

At one time, I loved Google Maps. Then, I got a new phone. Now, when I'm using Maps, the voice directions stop if I get any kind of notification from another app.. I have turned off location sharing on everything I can think of but it still stops working. EDIT: I looked at the link GOOGLE MAPS provided and I have tried those steps multiple times. DEVELOPER- READ MY COMPLAINT!!!
