Absolutely terrible app. Cannot even update particulars online without using app. Blatant attempt at data harvesting by forcing users to download a useless app, which I will be deleting shortly after. Basically blackmailing users into getting the app. Do not recommend ANY GE policies. Avoid while you can, unlike me EDIT: To add insult to injury, when updating via SingPass, there is NO option to add my residential address. Only my phone number and email. Incredibly useless.

This app simply fails to work! I tried to log in using Singpass and after successfully provided Singpass password, a message for approval to direct to this app appeared. I granted the permission and guess what? The app log in page (with the Singpass log in option) appeared again and the log in loop started and never ended! I tried to login using Singpass and again it would re direct me back to this page. I'm pulling my hairs. Update: after countless fruitless attempts, it eventually succeeded.

Great eastern is not a trustworthy insurance company. I have bought a accident policy fee months ago. unfortunately I have hurt my back and went to consult a TCM for Tuina services.. to this I submitted my claim immediately after the TCM issued me a receipt. but I have to wait for 3 months. in the end still cannot approved.. to this I already wrote a email to the customer service to terminate my policy immediately. but still they keep on chasing me for monthly premium again and again!! too much!
