I'm throughly impressed with customer service for grove. The app processed a large order that I had delayed and couldn't afford, so I submitted a request for a cancelation. Within minutes they had the order reversed, such a relief! Also, I'm a big fan of the products I've had from grove over the last few years, highly recommend

Love everything. Good range of products, sales, freebies, different types of eco friendly products and sustainable products, new things frequently, quick and convenient. Great costumer service, no problems with shipping so far, always eager for feedback and usually delivers on it. Doesn't have everything, stock moves too quick sometimes (both good and bad), app works well, sometimes prefer the regular site for searching what I want, I find the app search system a little busy personally.

They do have some exceptional give aways. I would have given 4 stars, however it was difficult to sign again into the website once I placed the order. There is no phone number for customer service it is all done by Email (a pro & con). The product themselves are good but very expensive. If you are on a budget it is difficult to order some of the supplies.
