About this app

This app facilitates employees within the provincial sector in having a good conversation with tools, tips and information. In the Conversation section you can plan, prepare and record a conversation (in collaboration with your conversation partner). Afterwards you can evaluate the conversation. In the Feedback section you can request feedback / feedforward from colleagues or third parties. In addition to these tools, the app contains tips and extra information about having the right conversation. The collective labor agreement schemes are also available in the app.

The informative parts of the Good Conversation app, such as interesting tips about the conversation and the collective labor agreement schemes, are accessible to everyone. To use the functionalities of the Conversation section and to request feedback, you will be asked to log in; these parts are only accessible to officials who fall under the CAO Provinces.
