I've had the app for a few months now, and it has never worked. The home page always just shows "Inconceivable" and that their engineers are working on fixing it. At this point, it is quite conceivable. Also, whatever is on the tab that has a circle and a triangle never loads, it just cycles the "loading" icon indefinitely. I've tried different networks and wifi, but nothing changes.

So... had to get a new phone. Downloaded the imdb app again. Set up an account. Nothing in the home screen works. I always have that dude from The Princess Bride telling me it's inconceivable that it isn't working. When I press settings, the app stays open, but every screen is blank. I can't rate, favorite, or add anything to my watchlist. Yes, I did set up my account. I'm downloading TMBD, instead.

Overall a poorly designed app and bad UX. First, the forced sponsored trailer at the top of the screen does not stay in its place while scrolling down and blocks a good portion of the screen while overlapping actual content. When it finally disappears l, it shifts each section, forcing you to find where you left off. Second, the details for a listing feels random and makes searching for a specific detail tedious, the intertwined ads/sponsored content doesn't help. Theres more but Im out of chars
