First Impressions, not so good. basically I have my boarding information it gives me a QR code it opens the app and forces me to log in. you tried to log in and then that email's already taken after you filled out the entire form. basically I print my boarding passes and move on. I don't know why all of these Airlines and travel apps can't make your experience a good one. Even the most basic app just lets you get started.

This app sends push notifications for marketing purposes ("Still interested in [City Name you searched for once]?"). Even with commercial notifications switched off (within the app and within Android), it still sends them because there's no separation - if you want to know if your flight is delayed (actually helpful push notification), it's the same notification category, so you have to keep it on. KLM: Respect users' decisions; discontinue this practice.

Horrible customer service. Never again will I fly with klm. Not enjoyable to pay for a service and not receive it. Spent 3 days trying to resolve it through whatsapp. Shown the price for light and standard. I paid for standard. Did not receive it. Shown the error with screen shots and the amount I paid, clearly showing standard was purchased. Only to be told that I'll have to purchase it again and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not interested in paying twice for a service.
