Ratings and reviews

Very unreliable in their delivery. Several times I ordered things from here and they were missing from the order when it arrived. Most of the times when you order bananas (yelakki), they will send another variety that is half the cost. Refund requests get rejected as well. I have stopped ordering from here. Better to use other platforms.

The app is really great, but all we need is the cancel your order option in it. It's very difficult to manage changes once an order is placed, and having the ability to cancel would provide users with more flexibility and control over their purchases. Adding this feature would greatly enhance the user experience and make the app more user-friendly. Thank you. Edit: I have been buying apples regularly from the online store, the recent apple orders had rotten apples except for one.

they don't know how to run a business. In the app it's shows the item is available, but after ordering it or placing the order, it suddenly says order out of stock and without any call or communication, they just change it according to thier will or cancel it out on their own and deliver, saying, " sorry for inconvenience". May be I was order it just for that particular item, and everything else was a filler. Is this how you run a business. big time zero rating for this kinda business ethics.
