Password always does not work and have to reset every time I will login. I have changed password more than 10 times now and is also slow to sync. Also how desperate are you to upsell?? All products on the app forcefully includes drinks/sides, with no option to change unless I buy a bunch of chicken or a bunch of rice. Greed and incompetence combined. Update as of 7/1/24: More false ads. The current promo feat on the FB page supposedly "app exclusive" is not even there(nothing is discounted)

Deleting this app because of a bad experience due to missing item from my order. I reached out with live chat agent twice but the store didn't bother to reach me to fix the issue. It doesn't cost much but they just don't care. I hope this kind of experience is not within your standard. Jollibee na lang ulit!

Better to order through Grab or Foodpanda than direct from this app. I've had issues with deliveries coming 2-3 hours after placing the order, over two hours past the delivery ETA. This time, not only was my order late with no updates whatsoever but it's missing two orders of fries. They make it hard to contact the store that handled the order, so you're reliant on a live chat that's usually a 10-20min wait because of queueing. Horrible experience.
