Have not been able to view my bills in app for months. Bot only prompts outstanding payment, but how can I pay when I can't even view the charges breakdown?! Tried uninstall and reinstalling app, but problem is still unresolved. Tried customer service on app but takes so long to reach an agent. Tried to also view bill on website, but website also has problem linking my onepass ID with my phone number. What are the IT technicians/developers doing!

Got scammed into a $40/mo (extorted) sim that explicitly advertised free disney+ but failed to provide. Yes, I read the TnCs and they did not mention any exclusions for disney+ at all. But now they claim that it is only provided free on top of a regular 12 month disney+ contract. Singtel users out there: Unless you're rich, just go to Zym or Giga or literally any other telco for as cheap as $8/mo with msia roaming. Also, yes, I only paid 1 month so I can port over to a different telco.

Terrible App and worst customer service ever! Haven't been able to view my bill in 3 months! Called customer service but just getting that terrible call bot and chatbot that imitates AI but is definitely not AI powered. Most frustrating experience ever considering I've been with Singtel for so long. If I could, I would give you 0 stars!
