The app suddenly stopped working, like it can’t even feel the server connection. and despite all the attempts to make sure there’s no issue with the phone or the internet, it’s still stuck on the app’s welcome screen without changing. The app has gone from bad to worse, even though every update is supposed to improve performance. Honestly, these are continuous failures from the biggest bank in Egypt, unfortunately.

The worst banking service I have seen in my life, my subscription to the service was stopped for no reason and now they ask me to go to the bank to activate it and stand in line for hours for nothing, and they lied that you can activate the service self-from the website, I hate this bank very much and I don't recommend dealing with it

Bad to the extreme, I don't recommend dealing with it at all, it doesn't work in the first place, this is a shame on this country, a bank that controls billions and can't create a smart application, shame on you سئ للابعد الحدود لا انصح بالتعامل معه ابدا انه اصلا لا يعمل هذا عار على هذا البلد بنك يتحكم في مليارات الدولارات ولا يستطيع أن ينشأ تطبيق ذكي عار عليكم
