Update 16/6/2025: I purchased a new phone and still have the same issues. Horrible App Experience. I've tried multiple devices at home and this app takes forever to connect, literally 10 mins of the circle just spinning around and around, and then it never loads. Netflix and other streaming apps work just fine. It's not an issue with the wifi network or other devices, it's an issue with this app. I paid for a whole year up front and can't even use this service.

Hey there! As a recent subscriber, I'm really happy with your service overall. However, I have a suggestion to make it even better. I've noticed some movies I'm not interested in keep showing up in my listings and search results, which can be annoying. It would be great if you could add a feature to drop or block movies, allowing me to organize my lists and avoid unwanted films. Thanks for considering my suggestion!

They have INCREDIBLE content but this is the worst app I've ever used in my entire life. I never write bad reviews but I'm taking the time to write this one. The UI is bad, the actual mechanics of playing a show, then going to the next episode are almost impossible. It's actually an achievement at how bad this app is. The shows are there and they're fantastic but WOW, blown away by how incredibly, ridiculously, just our if this world bad this app is. So, so, sooooo bad.
