Ratings and reviews

There's no way to confirm your address before checking out. The notes you leave for the driver don't get to the driver. The app frequently erroneously corrects our address to the "east" side instead of the "west" side, sending drivers to the wrong location. Each time you order, it saves a brand new address. I have about 10 addresses saved to my profile - all the same address - and I have to delete them every so often. This app is terrible.

Honestly one of the easiest and most convenient delivery apps I've used. A little upset that combos don't come with drinks, and the drink prices themselves are rather high, but oh well. No use complaining when I know it won't ever change. Getting points is easy, and sometimes you can do minigames to get more rewards, which is pretty cool. My overall rank is prolly about a 3.5 stars but I'll say 4 for sake of convenience.

Update as of 8/8/2024: The app has improved significantly! I can actually order food without any bugs or issues. Original feedback: App is pretty broken. I've never been able to actually place an order on the app. Error messages prevent you from adding items to the cart. A really broken experience. Needs to get fixed ASAP if they want to survive during the pandemic.
