Keeps logging me out, OTKA is terrible because I keep verifying its me with the required 12+ character password as well as having to switch to otka to double verify. Having to do this 6 times a week on top of having to unlock the app every 5 minutes it's idle is absolutely a time killer. It stops me dead in my tracks when I need the app to scan something. I don't like wasting time at work over "a more secure way" to protect our data. Tired of having to type the longest password I've ever had in.

It worked fine for a little while and then I had an update and now I can't even log in tried the help desk to resolve the issue but no help there sorry I can't wait hours on the phone for someone to tell me I don't know. I'm supposed to be able to check my subs and shorts and can't even do it now what's the sense in having an app if we have to keep going through this much trouble it's not making our life easier it's making it harder.

The app has periods where it reports that I have 0 shifts for a given week even though I had already checked previously and seen that I had 40 hours scheduled. It is currently telling me that the app needs to be updated, but also that I am using the current version. I tried reaching out to the app's support team and got no response for over two weeks now.
