I accidentally signed up for the business version, thinking I needed it for my income property. It turns out I could not use it for that and needed just the basic version. Support was incredibly unhelpful, and refused to give me a partial refund or any recourse. Even though I never was able to use it and asked within a month of subscribing to change plans or cancel. They just tell me to cancel through the play store (so I eat the cost for a service I never received) and then disconnect the chat.

I really want to like this app, especially because I paid for a year. I'm finding it exceedingly complicated to use and it's taking a while for me to get used to the differences between series, reminders, recurring bills, subscriptions, transfers are awkward, just a ton of little things that add friction as a first time user. I'm sure I'll get the hang of everything and get all my expenses appropriately categorized to the point where the app will be increasingly useful, just not at 5 stars yet.

You can't cancel your subscription in the app and the website shows an upcoming payment but an absolutely blank subscription page. Wow, if you call when they're closed it says to call back during normal business hours and hangs up without telling you what that even is. I was already annoyed at the lack of fluidity and the need for repetitive manual tasks in order for transactions to show up properly but now I'm definitely looking forward to never using this again!
