What is going on recently with the apps processing?!?! I try to do just about anything and it runs slow af. Need to change the pick up location? Tough, it's going to take a while every time I try to press a button. So I just wanna give up trying. Also... service is often lacking at most locations I've visited... I know that has nothing to do with the app itself, but feel it should be mentioned as well.

I love Sonic, but the app is awful! The map feature to pick the restaurant takes at least 5 minutes to load and the GPS doesn't seem to function for app check-in. Many times, there's a 2-3 minute wait each time you tap something before it loads. The worst part, though, is that even once I go through all that, most of the time I get a technical difficulties error when checking out. I've tried multiple devices, errors on all. App-only deals with a malfunctioning app is a problem.

This app used to be really good. But the more the app gets updated, the slower it gets. The loading screen takes forever. Tap on Menu and it takes about 30-40 seconds for the items to show. Location finding used to be automatic, but is arduous now. It takes longer to order than it does for the kitchen to actually make the food. It's getting to where I'd rather just pay full price for drinks than use this app.
