Disgusting service, From last 2 days You are showing a Banner 'Billbox is temporarily Unavailable '. After sending multiple emails and tickets from yesterday, there is nothing Changed. I didn't see this kind of Casualty ever from any platform. Even After checking this Comment you'll say, Our IT team is Working hard, and will resolve it quickly. Useless they are closing the ticket without any resolution and information. Seriously you guys don't care about your Customer. Frustrating!

I've always had a great experience with Simpl & have consistently paid my dues on time. But form the past month, I've been unable to use Simpl due to a technical error. I raised a request for support, yet there's been no proper response so far. It's disappointing that even the customer care number is not available, making it impossible to get help. My credit limit is still active, but I'm completely unable to use the service. I had always trusted Simpl so I request the team to resolve the issue.

I've always had a great experience with Simpl and have consistently paid my dues on time. However, for the past two months, I’ve been unable to use Simpl due to a technical error. I have raised multiple support requests and even sent emails, but the issue has still not been resolved. It’s disappointing that there’s no proper response, and even the customer care number is unavailable, making it difficult to get assistance. My credit limit is still active, but I’m completely unable to use this.
