Rate Variability, Body Temperature, Breathing Rate, Posture, Steps, Sleep,
and Geolocation continuously throughout your day.
● Use the Community feature to invite friends, family, healthcare providers, and
other members of your care circle to support you on your health journey.
● Share your health information to keep your loved ones informed of how
you’re doing, no matter where they’re located.
● Have more meaningful conversations about your well-being with your loved
ones using the app's built-in text chat.
● Use the Aura Overlay to see a live, at-a-glance summary of your health and
wellness information while you communicate with your loved ones and
