I don't use Facebook or X, which is , apparently, the only means of communicating with this app! It is supposed to record 100 programs, but, only records 50! And spectrum arbitrarily decides to delete all your recorded programs from their end without notifying the customer! They've done it to me twice and they have no way to reverse their mistake! And you're no longer able to manage your DVRs from the app, so if you want to manage your DVR away from home, not possible! I'm done with spectrum!!

Constant issues on all my devices. Always freezing or completely crashing, audio will become delayed (especially when watching On Demand) , takes forever to load after changing channels, and constantly get the "can not connect to network" error message (internet is fine). The only way to get past these issues is to repeatedly restart the app.

One of my favorite apps. The only thing that would make it better is if subscribers can access their DVD recordings to view from the app, as well as the ability to view every channel one is subscribed to, while away from home network. E.G., if I am not home but would like to watch SNY, this is one of the channels that is not accessible whenever I'm not at home.
