The app experience is very good. UI and UX are very well done and intuitive. As for the banking experience, it has been a mixed bag. EFTs take longer to clear compared with competition, neither their virtual card or physical card is supported on Samsung Wallet or Google Wallet, and most places don't accept their tap to pay feature which is a bit of a hassle. Edit: Never mind, even the physical card itself does not work

Quick edit, the account got verified right after my review, I'm still using the app and loving it, the only problem I have is that I keep depositing money into my wallet but I just don't seem to qualify for the "spot me" advance. sometimes I need money quick but I can't get assistance. I'll move it to 3 stars for now, last night I made a mistake of purchasing 2 simcards instead of 1 and ran quickly to whatsapp to the my money reversed but there was no 1 to help ,even now

I applied for a debit card, passed the verification checks and then encountered an error on the app. I logged a support request and received a few "we're working on it" updates (after I asked what's happening), but after more than a month, still nothing. These people are playing at financial services. If we're off to this kind of start then I can't imagine what the actual service is like. With real money at stake, I'd rather not find out. I won't be using this service.
