Ratings and reviews

The app experience is very good. UI and UX are very well done and intuitive. As for the banking experience, it has been a mixed bag. EFTs take longer to clear compared with competition, neither their virtual card or physical card is supported on Samsung Wallet or Google Wallet, and most places don't accept their tap to pay feature which is a bit of a hassle. Edit: Never mind, even the physical card itself does not work

I've been a SPOT mobile and Bank user for 2 years and I can truly say there's nothing like it. It's very quick when processing transactions, absolutely convenient and the best, no charges when doing a in-app purchase and very low fees when transacting to other banks not to forget the best part of receiving free reward airtime for purchases.The notifications pop at the exact time with no delays and the interface is easy and user-friendly. So it's the best for me and I recommend it to everyone.

I would just prefer that the savings account can actually grow with interest or that there are investments options. Simple card design. Sometimes card deliveries can be chaotic, since my mother ordered a card and it never arrived, no customer service to help. But if more improvements can be made, investing options and more like that it'll begin to draw more customers to your app.
