No search, no filter for unavailable choices and the flagship coffee reward doesn't tell you when you can redeem it until you redeem it and start a 30min timer. To then realise nowhere is nearby but you would've been there later, after the timer is up. Clearly been thought up by someone who lives in the centre of London and has never visited a town or village in their life. Also, before you give me a link to click in reply to this; you know people can't click hyperlinks in reviews, right??

App doesn't work correctly: you have to claim the reward voucher (which expires in 30 mins) before you are given access to the lists of restaurants, coffee shops or curry houses. The filters aren't helpful - eg there are no options to choose places that can provide vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options. Selecting partnered restaurant names (eg Papa John's, Las Iguanas, Banana Tree etc) says none exist in area but there are plenty of these in London! Can't use vouchers as now expired. Useless!

Horrible app, I cant login when logging in it says to register when I go to register it says, "Can't register!! Tried calling so many times someone tried so hard to fix my issue but she couldn't in the end she asked me to reinstall the app which I did so many times now. In the end, she said there are some issues on their side once it's fixed then i should be able to login! It's now more than 2 weeks, and I still cannot login!
