The app is meh. Creating multiple wallets is janky. Every time you create a wallet, it tries to name it with the next numerical order. Hard to explain, but use it and see. Also hard to identify each wallet bc it doesn't include the last digits of the wallet in the name. The biggest complaint is that Trust Wallet does not give you the private keys for the wallets...only the secret phrase. It's a security weakness to have to convert my secret phrase into the private key.

I've been a big supporter & defender of Trustwallet but now I can see why everyone gets so frustrated. I've opened 3 separate support tickets over the past 2 months. After receiving a Tw support email request for information, I've replied to their requests and sent the information a total of 11 seperate times. Each time I send the info there's a few days with no response from support, but when I finally receive a response it's just another request for the same information. Check for responses!

Terrible experience with this app. Wish never used this. Few things to consider before loading this: There is no telephone number and no chat if yiu have any issue it is impossible to reach anyone! The only way to reach out for help is by email and you will get a response stating it is from a bot. The bot will provide have you tried. A,B, C.. no possibility to talk to a person when your problem isn't exactly one of the few listed. In my experience i had selected fingerprint biometric along with
