This app worked great. Until it didn't. Now it won't turn on and I get a perpetual 'Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later'. I'm stuck in UK, and can't even connect there. Addendum: IDK what you did on your last app update, but now it works great for my Android. No more interfere with my truck interface and no more having to Uninstall and re-install to get it to work. Well done!

Great when it works, but it's an extremely inconsistent service. My biggest issue is the lack of feedback when it's having trouble connecting Some form of error message would make that easier to deal with. I've also run into issues where it will tell me I'm connected to a server, yet my IP information remains the same. Paid for a month, but cancelled the subscription not long after signing up.

I have used tunnelbear a long time and for the past year the service has been crazy slow. For two years I have been battling the following: The app does not notify when it disconnects, hangs, sometimes never connects. The split settings reset after update. I have tried to resolve my issues with tech support to no avail. They either say reinstall or they don't know. After being a long time frustrated customer i cut my losses and switched services. Good luck.
