Ratings and reviews

I will not recommend Vidyakul to anyone. The batch looked good in demo, but the actual content and DPPs were not as promised. I tried contacting their customer care for 6 days - no reply on emails, no one picks up calls, and WhatsApp support is useless. Their refund policy looks good on paper, but they don't respond before the refund window ends. This is extremely frustrating and a big disappointment for students who trust them with their money

"I ordered a book from the Vidyakul app but I haven’t received it yet. The payment was completed successfully, but the order is still not delivered and there is no proper update. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or provide clear customer support."

Vidyakul is one of the best learning platforms I have used. The app is simple, smooth, and very easy to use, which makes studying comfortable. The teachers are excellent – they explain every topic in a clear and simple way, so even tough concepts become easy to understand. I also like how they are always ready to solve doubts and give proper guidance. The study materials and lectures are very well-structured, helping in exam preparation.
