A huge Vinted fan here. I'm both a seller and a buyer (more a seller). I had an issue with not being able to track return packages as a seller (I had quite a few of those one time and had no info as to when and where they arrive). Customer Support promised to give feedback to the relevant team. A few weeks later this feature was implemented. I'm not sure whether more sellers complained about it. But I love this app because user feedback gets implemented (so fast)!

Extremely unprofessional company. The first time I ever tried to purchase an item, my money was taken from my account but the seller never received it. I was soon permanently banned from the app for seemingly no good reason at all. Messaging support didn't help at all. I luckily eventually got my money back, but it was still after the time period that they stated I would receive it by.

The marketplace itself is well designed with good filters and search. But the purchasing experience leaves much to be desired as it usually fails several times before actually going through. My last purchase took ~3 days of submitting payment before it didn't report a generic "payment failed" message. And don't even bother contacting customer support; they will give you canned answers from their FAQ and then just ignore you if that answer doesn't work.
