Seriously, this app is getting worse every year. I cannot watch downloaded contents even with/without internet. So whats your point for giving users access to download your videos but cannot be watched afterwards? It used to be great couple years ago, 30days period to watch downloaded contents with autoplay between episodes, without a single glitch. Now this is just another waste.

My experience with the app 🤦🏾🙅🏾🙆🏾 The continue watching keeps disappearing I have to go to history to find the show I was watching. This process is different on the TV app. That should be the first thing I see. I wasn't able to download anything, I ended up canceling the download. I also wish to control the speed of the player, please add that feature

I’m really disappointed with the Viu app. When I watched some Korean variety show episodes, the subtitles sometimes didn’t match, or some episodes didn’t even have Chinese subtitles. Even when there were Chinese subtitles, a lot of what was said wasn’t translated, and the on-screen text didn’t have subtitles either. It felt like I was watching for nothing.
