Ratings and reviews

Extremely unreliable. Sometimes it records, sometimes not. You'll get an alert for movement but there's nothing in the cloud recordings. Sometimes it just randomly disconnects for no reason, and you don't know it until it's too late. Then you're off to reconnect everything like you just bought it. This really is lousy, and I'm paying monthly for this mess.

Why? Updated again. Broke again. Disconnected again. Have to reset system again. Horrible. Useless. If for some reason you do buy these cameras, put them in readily accessible places because they need to be reset and power cycled constantly to keep them connected. Even when connected they don't play. Useless for a remote location, prolonged absences or critical applications. I've experienced less than 50/50 chance they recover after network interruptions/reboots or power outages. Stay away

App is very laggy, and sometimes it just doesn't work or load things. Wish I had read reviews on the app software before buying the cameras. I'm thinking of returning them because other camera software are better. Not only that, but the prices they are charging is 3x higher than others, and I wouldn't mind paying such high prices, but the software doesn't work, so there is no point. Will have to look for alternative cameras.
