Setup was a pain, app kept crashing. Wiah the "save user ID" box were not automatically checked, since I have multiple user IDs for different organizations. The prompts for entering the 5 million security questions were confusing, apparently you have to hit "close" to go back and enter the answer? But so far the app works as well as you'd expect on the first day of launch.

App no longer works on my phone. It gives an error message for such a short time that one needs to open the app several times to see a request to check "USB debugging" in settings. My phone does not have this setting and the app gives me no further assistance. My response: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same problem. I am unable to deposit checks online.

Useless app. Cannot deposit checks, keeps telling the amount detected on the check does not match the amount entered (which is obviously not true). Also very low in functionality, poor design, cannot set up a pin like other bank apps do, have to enter password every time, which eventually forces you to start using weak password. You will not lose anything if you choose to go without it.
