did the app update. now I can't even log in to place an online order. opening the app just has the icon of a wing being tossed. uninstalled and reinstalled the app. still the same thing. the one time I managed to see the menu as a guest. I couldn't place and order unless I logged in. so all that frustration made me change my mind on what I wanted to eat. eh their loss. app is currently uninstalled. I learned my lesson. not gonna deal with frustration when I'm hungry.

I liked the previous version. The updated version showed that I was placing an order for me to pick up later (9pm) in the confirmation screen. But after I paid, the app and the email I received said my order would be available in 16-21 minutes. Thank goodness I called the store to have them correct the issue. I may avoid the new app for a while.

The app needs a way for customers to dispute orders. They list ways of contacting the restaurant, but my local restaurant refuses to answer any phone calls. Upon opening the bag with my name on it after it was delivered, I realized I had received someone else's order. Even the drink was wrong. I tried to call them several times from both my phone & my workplace's phone.
