View your current glucose, trend, and other important information directly on your phone with the iLet App!

The iLet App is part of the iLet Bionic Pancreas system, an automated insulin delivery system that reduces the need to make decisions about your diabetes management – because it makes the decisions for you. The iLet needs only one number – your weight.

After startup, the iLet learns about YOU – your basal insulin needs, how to correct you to target, and how much insulin you need for your meals. The goal of the iLet is to reduce the burden of diabetes management.

The iLet Bionic Pancreas is the only insulin delivery system that makes 100% of your dosing decisions – so you don’t have to.

-No carb counting*
Instead of carb counting everything on your plate, the iLet just needs an estimate of the carbs in your meal — Usual for me, More, or Less.

-No corrections
The iLet makes the corrections for you. If you’re trending high, it will automatically give you more insulin to bring you back in range. If you’re trending low, it will reduce your current insulin dosage.

-iLet algorithms
The “Bionic” part of the iLet that communicates with your CGM and makes all of the insulin dosing decisions—no carb counting, no correction factors, no adjustments.

-No pre-set basal rate
iLet learns your needs and automatically adjusts your basal rate on the go.

-Simple setup
No settings are required to be entered or adjusted—the iLet system only needs your weight to get started.

-Small but mighty
Small (1.9” x 3.6” x 0.6”), lightweight and easy to put in your pocket or clip to your clothing.

-Talks to your CGM
Your iLet device communicates directly with your Dexcom CGM or FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor to know where your glucose is headed.

-Water resistant
If you drop your iLet in water—no problem! It’s protected in up to 12 feet of water for up to 30 minutes.

-iLet App
The iLet App displays data from your iLet home screen in real time so you can view your current glucose, trend, notifications, and other important information directly on your phone. It also supports data synchronization, reports and updates for your iLet and allows you to share your data with your healthcare provider.

-Create your Bionic Circle
With the Bionic Circle App, up to 10 friends and family can remotely monitor you to see CGM values, meal announcements, and insulin doses and to receive alerts (Urgent Low / Urgent / Low Soon / Low / High / No Data).

The app is okay and runs well on my Google Pixel 9 Pro. However, it has very limited functionality. Yes, I can see what is going on, yes, I can view some historical data, and yes, I can share my data with my "Circle." But things it SHOULD do, it doesn't. • It doesn't allow you to set alarms. • It doesn't show your current BG in the notification window. • It doesn't allow you to announce your meals!! • It doesn't have a smartwatch app!

The app is not very good. It will display your current glucose as well as a graph of your trends, but you can't scroll through any of this information. There is a report function, but the information it provides is hard to read and understand. The app is also used to activate your glucose sensors and this works... however I always have to scan the senor twice to get the warmup information to show up on the pump. You can't bolus from the app, it doesn't provide alerts. It's just... bleh.

Update: I called the Beta bionics tech support and was able to get my issues fixed. The app runs so much better now. The tech support was pleasant and helpful. I've upgraded from 1 to 5 stars. This app needs to be fixed. I can't register my iLet, so I can't see any of the therapy data. Every time I try, an error message pops up and says, try again. I've un and reinstalled the app. If I could give the app 0 stars, I would. I'll change my rating if all the bugs are fixed.
