You can see the price before tapping the “Order” button which is convenient for budget planning.

Rates
The Food Shop and Food Delivery rates are handy when you don’t want to go to a shop or cafe. Specify what you want us to buy for you in the comments and a driver will deliver it to you. You can transport a parcel and send documents by bike or car. You can also book a vehicle, order a massage service at your place, delivery of your clothes to a laundry and back.

Booking
You can order a delivery or book a vehicle by filling in the “From” and “To” address fields or by browsing the city map. Another option is to use the phone location function. You can specify as many addresses as you need at once, or edit the route during your ride.

Pre-booking allows you to plan your rides or deliveries for a convenient time.
In the “Requests for your order” field you can specify necessary additions: information about the luggage or parcel to be delivered, or one more phone number if you’re going to order a service for another person. You can see if there are taxis available nearby, and when a driver moves towards your address: it’s displayed on the map. You can share the track of the route during the ride.

Rating of a ride affects the score of drivers and helps to improve our services.

Ratings and reviews

It's occasionally difficult to get a driver. That usually means there's greater demand, and you may need to offer a higher price than the base rate. Sometimes I've used a different service because of this. But every Maxim ride that I've taken has been just fine. Clean and comfortable cars, professional drivers, and proper and efficient routes every time so far. I've taken maybe 6-8 rides total. Hope this helps.

I tried to order food using this app today around 1 am and waited around 1-3 hours but they couldn't find any rider and didn't give me an option to cancel my order. I went and used food panda instead and received my order on time. Suddenly a call from Maxim rider around 10 am today asked me about my order. what the hell is wrong with your app.

I don't think they actually train their drivers before they're allowed to take passengers. I've recently been getting drivers who don't use the maps option (maybe they don't know how? shouldn't there be seminars for this?), or say they're at my pinned location when they just started their trip (sometimes increasing the price of my order via supposed "paid wait time"). and one even argued that i didn't check the "has luggage" box, even though I already added more than the luggage fee to my total.
